Flow Racks

It consists of a static rack structure and dynamic flow rails. The flow rails are track or roller system that is set at a decline along the length of the rack. It allows loads to move by gravity from the loading end to the unloading end. As the load gets removed, the loads at the back moves forward to the unloading position. Depending on the facility size - the flow system depth, height, and width are limited.

These are used in situations where storage density and inventory rotation are priorities.

It consists of plastic-coated steel pipe sections that are cut to a required plan length and metal joints that tighten the sections with the help of threaded fasteners. It consists of a plastic layer, binding layer, steel tube layer and spray-paint layer. The outer layer is made of PE, PVC or ABS; the intermediate layer is made of steel tube and the innermost layer is coated antirust paint. Between the plastic layer and steel tube layer there is an adhesive layer that binds these two layers in a seamless connection. Also, the steel tube ends are sealed to connection fittings. To isolate air and moisture both the ends are sealed with rubber plugs.
