The manufacturing unit is spread over a hundred square feet and has the production capacity of 100 units. It includes various machines of latest make such as mould making machines and stamping machines. We employ latest powder coating technology to ensure durability and toughness of the products. As welding is the most crucial part of our activities, we conduct this process by TIG with fume extractors. It ensures a clean work atmosphere. Our design unit incorporates latest computers running efficient CAD application software. This enables us to achieve perfection of highest level in the development of our products.

Warehousing

How does one go about designing a world class warehouse ?

First step is in the understanding of the parameters that make a warehouse operations world class. This is a complex phenomenon and a subject in itself. While operational components are complex, our focus remains on optimization of storage space.

In a typical warehouse, more than 60% of space is devoted to storage function. It is important to make a distinction between small / lose items which do not make up a unit load and the items which are palletized.

Former category of items can be stored in shelves, bins, totes, flow racks and carousals. Handling is often manual. carts, platform trolleys etc. are used to move the cases.

Latter category can be classified as Pallet Loads. There are two basic configurations Floor Storage and, Rack storage.

Floor Storage is a practice of stacking pallet loads one over the other. It is least expensive, there is no need of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). It offers high flexibility and dense storage. Large quantities of fast moving cargo can be saved this way. It should be ensured that pallet loads are damaged when stacked one over the other. so known as bulk storage

Pallet racks can be used to utilize the full height of the warehouse, palletized loads are stored in rack structures comprising of uprights and beams. Different width, depth and height can be used against specific requirement.
